Subscription Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to Kova, you agree to the following terms:

Recurring Charges

Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged at the rate and frequency selected at checkout, until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. To cancel:

• Log into your account at kovakream.com and manage your subscription, or
• Email us at hello@kovakream.com

Cancellations requested after your order has already been processed for an upcoming delivery cycle will take effect on the following cycle.

Skip or Modify

You can also skip a delivery, change your pack size, or update your delivery frequency at any time — just contact us at least 48 hours before your next order cutoff.

Confirmation & Annual Reminders

You will receive an email confirmation of your subscription terms at the time of purchase. Please retain this for your records.

In accordance with California law, we will also send you an annual reminder email disclosing your subscription plan, the frequency and amount of your charges, and how to cancel.
