Our Promise

Every order of Kova is made in small batches and delivered fresh. We stand fully behind the quality of what we send you — if something's wrong, we make it right. Simple as that.


Something Wrong With Your Order?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll take care of it. No runaround.

What we cover:

  • Product arrived melted or compromised in transit
  • Wrong flavor or pack size received
  • Noticeable quality issue with texture or taste

What we'll do: issue a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement on your next delivery — your choice.

Email hello@kovakream.com with your order number and a photo if you have one. We personally handle every report.


All Sales Final — Perishable Food

Because Kova is a fresh, perishable frozen food product, all sales are final. We can't accept physical returns on opened or unopened product — this is standard for fresh food and required for food safety.


Subscriptions — Changes & Cancellation

You're in full control at any time:

  • Skip a delivery — request at least 48 hours before your order cutoff
  • Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked
  • Change your pack size or delivery frequency anytime

Changes requested after your order has already been processed take effect on the following cycle.


Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it.

Prefer store credit? It's applied to your account immediately.
