Meet the Founder
Juan
I'm Juan. I started Kova because I needed it.
I was deep into trying to drop body fat and all of a sudden I'm craving sweets. Never had a sweet tooth in my life. Couldn't explain it. But there it was.
The problem
Ice Cream
I went looking for something that would actually fit my macros. I tried all the brands. They weren't it. The protein wasn't high enough, the calories didn't add up the way I needed, and when I actually looked at the ingredients, I wasn't happy with what I was putting in my body.
I figured if it didn't exist, I'd make it myself.

That's how Kova started. Not as a business idea. but as a solution to my own problem. 30g protein, 200 calories, ingredients I could stand behind. Made fresh every week in LA.
